WHO AM I? It depends on when you ask me. I can be the french maid, the family nanny, the resident nurse, the interior decorator, the accomplished chef (for some people mac and cheese is an accomplishment), the wannabe writer, the trophy wife, or what ever I need to be. I'm a mom and a wife. That means I'm a little bit of everything. But here with you... I hope I can just be me. How does that sound?
This cartoon perfectly illustrates my life this week. Our 3 year old wouldn't let me write a stanza for the life of him. He is a dear heart, but by FRiday, my wits and patience were fried!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my gosh. That cartoon artist is a genius! I'm constantly asking for a few more minutes! It doesn't help that my kids are too young to negotiate with. : )
LOL That's awesome. I do that during the day when my kids are around. But at night, when it starts to get late, I negotiate with myself. I'm always like, "okay, just one more chapter..." Then when I get to the end of that I'm like, "I meant 30 more minutes..." And so on.

The best cartoons always have a grain of truth in them! Of course I never do that. :p
